Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Ensure that QSS is updated (matching B2B and scorecards from Customers) and actions have been taken vs Customers Requirements on due time (PPAP/8D, etc.)
Perform short process audits on the production lines and highlight the non-conformities at upstream level.
Organize regular meetings with the customer to increase and maintain customer intimacy. Physical meetings are preferred instead of Tel/ViCo.
Agree Quality & TCS yearly Targets with Customer or N+1 in accordance with HLO QM recommendations.
In a cross-department manner, manage Top offender & worst parts improvement process according to Group Methodology (8D, 10 WP, Process audit, QRCI, CSL 1 & 2 processes) to solve problems and find solutions including efficiency confirmation.
Organize sorting (incl. TQW) actions (from incoming inspection process to EOL) with external company at the cost as per released by QM & PM & according to FAU-Standards (e.g. TQW).
Manage and track CNQ (Cost of Non Quality = Scrap / Customers Penalties / RW / Sorting / TQW, etc.) on a daily basis and ensure monitoring of Activity Plan to reduce CNQ.
Close QP by managing the validation of suppliers 8D and the process & product audits of existing purchased parts where the parts are the subject of problems.
Manage PPAP and process qualification audit / S/R audits (incl. Re-sourcing) during serial production; prepare the PPAP documentation.
Initiate, create and participate proactively in QRCI meetings & update QRCI Tracker.
Ensure full respect of HSE mandatory rules and regulations (especially S&R Characteristics).
Personal requirements and skills:

Min. 2 years of experience in the quality department (automotive industry)

Knowledge of quality tools (5S, 8D, Pareto, QRCI...)

Active English, active Slovak language

MS Office (Word, Excel)

Knowledge of automotive industry standards (IATF16949, ISO 45001)

Knowledge of project management and basic knowledge of business management is an advantage
