DEPUTY PLANT MANAGER
| 1. Cíl a charakteristika pozice / Goals and characteristics of the position | ||
| Všeobecné cíle: / General targets: | ||
| • Lead productivity & specific transformation projects of the plant while being developed toward becoming Plant Manager in a ST period, actively participating in plant vision, with exposure to other transversal functions. | ||
| 2. Náplň práce - konkrétní pracovní činnosti / Work content - specific working activities | ||
| • Ensure safety of employees, through machine compliance, training of employees, respect of Mandatory Rules and prevention of risks as well as the respect for the environment. Promote and ensure the respect of the code of ethics and code of management | ||
| • Participate to the implementation of a TCS/5 Star supplier strategy, to be the desired option for our customers by creating a high perception and intimacy combined with continuous high performance, demonstrated in flawless launches, perfect quality and 100% on time deliveries | ||
| • Lead specific transformation projects (e.g.: Layout/flows, digital transformation & carbon Neutrality/CO2) or with a deep involvement in program/launch execution | ||
| • Contribute to ST & MT targets achievement to close gap to benchmark, corelating KPI’s with P&L & Cash, executing a roadmap and driving convergence plan execution | ||
| • Build and lead the productivity plan of the plant ensuring complete scope (Material, DL, IDL, MFC) its execution | ||
| • Promote continuous improvement & entrepreneurship mindset through best practices identification, implementation & transversalization | ||
| • Drive plant performance applying FES as key management tool enabling to achieve ST and MT industrial performance objectives | ||
| • Perform & master plant routines (daily, weekly, monthly, semesterly, yearly) with Plant Manager and replace the Plant Manager on delegation | ||
| • Develop competencies toward plant manager role with exposure to operations, customer, launches, purchasing, CBU, finances, people development & social responsibility | ||
| • Develop workforce engagement through employee empowerment activities. | ||
