Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Overall responsibilities and duties:
• Maintain the integrity and safeguard of the company’s real state.
• Actively participate in compliance with the requirements of certifications and audits of C-TPAT /OEA.
• Respect and comply with the mission, vision, and code of ethics of the company.
• Development of crime prevention strategies.
• Implementation of procedures, updating and search for continuous improvements.
The main missions of the role are:
o Support and participate in the creation of methods to ensure the performance of the site’s management systems.
o Verify the operation and improvement of the CCTV system.
o Advise and support the local general management in all matters related to security.
o Evaluate the local security risks and further relevant security requirements and create on this basis a security threat and risk analysis in accordance with FAU-S-LSG-5203 (Physical Security of FORVIA Faurecia Facilities). Supply a permanent appraisal of the internal and external security situation in and around the facility and update the security threat and risk analysis accordingly.
o Draft and update the site security concept in accordance with FAU-F-LSG-5211 (Site Security Concept). Create and update local security procedures in accordance with respective FORVIA Faurecia standards, forms, etc.
o Plan, implement and maintain operational security measures and systems.
o Manage security incidents in an appropriate manner in accordance with the local legislation and FAU-S-LSG-5203 (Physical Security of FORVIA Faurecia Facilities).
o Plan and supervise any contracted security guard services. Monitor the execution of background checks for guards and continuously measure of the level of service quality. Ensure the creation and updating of duty working instructions for security services in accordance with FAU-S-LSG-5203 (Physical Security of FORVIA Faurecia Facilities).
o Support any tendering process for security services and security systems with the aim of ensuring an adequate service quality. Actively participate in security personnel recruitment interviews concerning security guards to be contracted at company facilities.
o Monitor key management and access control procedures and requirements.
o Perform security awareness training for facility staff and visiting FORVIA Faurecia employees.
o Accompany and support internal and external audits on security topics.
o Work in close relationship with the respective Country Security Manager.
o Establish a local network for the gathering of security-relevant information, as also the swift and targeted processing of incidents.
o Other security-related tasks
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Qualifications
Minimum education level: bachelor’s degree / Engineering.
Experience:
o Control and management of video surveillance equipment (cctv).
o Security operations staff management.
o Security system implementation.
o Experience in automotive industry.
o Experience in manufacturing sites with more than 1000 employees.
Skills and competencies
o Management and knowledge of current legislation.
