Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties:
As quality representative within production ensures product & process conformity in accordance with the control plan and the right application of the quality principles (Quality Basics, respect of the IATF 16949 for this scope, …) and contribute to continuous improvement.
The main missions of the role are:
QRCI:
o Active participation in the 8D (D4 – D8) to assure timelines response and to sustain the rigorous application of the mindset (QRCI).
o In case of non-conformity, ensure deployment of containment actions: with respect of standard TQW and corrective actions.
o Authority to stop non-conforming product and production and immediate escalation to the Quality Manager
o Coaching FAST and KATA activities, Assure QRCI on time at UAP level.
o Validate Scrap declared and monitoring QRCI activities for SCRAP.
Quality Basics:
o Support the production supervisors in the implementation of the Quality Basics in Production (train, implement, track, alert in case of
deviation…).
Standard Work:
o Approve the work instructions on the production lines and thus ensure that all necessary inspections are included, the necessary time is allocated in the standardized work sheets and that the related measuring equipment is available and meets requirements (MSA, R&R study, etc.).
o Ensure the respect of the quality standards (based on Control Plan, PFMEA, Standardize Work….).
o Monitors that all quality records are in accordance with the control plan (ok 1st part.…) and are properly filed.
o Performs regular audits (covering all shifts) to ensure respect of the standard.
o Update daily the quality indicators for the UAP and ensure that the quality indicators are well tracked by the GAP Leader for the lines.
o Check the control plan application in serial life production periodically.
Provide Support to the Customer Relationship Engineers

Launch:
o Preserves physical initial and boundary samples if applicable of the product and archives the initial samples approval files.
o Can represent plant quality during the launch of new programs.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Engineer Bachelor or Technical Diploma with equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language: Advance English.
Experience:
o A minimum of 3 years professional process quality experience.
o Customer service approach.
o Experience of leading problem-solving methodologies implementation.
o Nice to have automotive experience.
o Nice to have experience in other functions (SMT, PCBA, electronic)
Skills and competencies:
o Good quality foundation (Core Tools AIAG, capability study, SPC, FMEA, Control plan, MSA, R&R, quick response, 5W, Ishikawa ...).
o Strong analytical and proven team problem solving skills.
o Continuous improvement attitude
o Team work and multidisciplinary approach
