Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Provide Manufacturing Engineering support to the UAP in matters of product, process, and assigned projects, while also maintaining improvements and ensuring personnel are trained within their specialty.
Ensure the successful implementation of assigned projects/programs regarding manufacturing aspects. Responsible for the introduction of engineering changes during series production.
Develop the personnel under their responsibility to achieve specializations by technologies.
Lead and coordinate the Total and Preventive Maintenance (TPM) of all equipment within the facilities.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Manufacturing and Maintenance area.

  • Installation, validation, and commissioning of new equipment.

  • Participation in the development and implementation of new programs, from the acquisition phase to series production.

  • Responsible for preparing and managing Capital Expenses Requests (CAPEX) and Customer Tooling.

  • Expertise in the implementation of manufacturing technologies such as Welding, Riveting, Hydraulics, Presses, and Final Assembly Lines.

  • Responsible for the plant’s installed capacity, TRS, and CT.

  • Experience in launching new programs from the acquisition phase, commissioning, through to series production.

  • Leads productivity efficiency improvements and facilitates workshops.

  • Directs and coordinates repair needs and preventive maintenance of all production equipment.

  • Experience with welding LASER, MIG,MAG, KUKA, ABB, Glamatronic.
  • Advanced English skills
