What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?
The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

What will be your main missions?
We are looking for an Packaging & Transport Productivity VIE who will provide support to the SSED Division, and who will be based in Vitoria, SPAIN
The mission will last 12 months and can be renewed for 12 additional months.
Here are the main responsibilities of this role:
- Supports the Productivity related to the global transport and packaging spend of the division, evaluating the feasibility of productivity ideas and ensuring their implementation to increase the Division profitability
- Reports to the Transport & Packaging Productivity Leader inside the Purchasing organization
- Supports the purchasing budget ensuring the VAVE, IPP actions implementation for the PC&L perimeter in the different SSED plants
- Contributes to define the portfolio for VAVE, IPP and resourcing activities if relevant for the PC&L perimeter
- Contributes to the plant’s results review with operations, finance, controlling for the packaging and transport perimeter
- Review and monitor weekly purchasing productivity plan under his/her scope, lead performance review with plant teams
- Support for the productivity actions execution with appropriates stakeholders such as Plant TVO Champions, Plant PC&L manager, supplier, Commodity Buyer to ensure budget targets are delivered
- Support on the standardization of PC&L productivity process according to the BG guidelines
- The Transport & Packaging Productivity VIE is supporting coordinating inputs from all functions (plants PC&L, plant champions, internal customers, purchasing, etc.) to achieve actions implementation
- Support the Productivity Team on possible roadblock due to suppliers resourcing and on the deployment of PC&L Standard inside the supplier panel
- Supports to the Division Operation PC&L team in order to foster digitalization and innovation inside PC&L and challenge the actual standards to improve the competitiveness of the Division if relevant

What you need to join us?
- English language is mandatory as you will be speaking with people from all over the world.
- Master’s degree/Engineering diploma in supply chain
- High Skills in Excel and Heavy data base calculations, with macros and above avg. formulars
